At J&R Gymnastics, we believe every child deserves a birthday celebration as unique as they are! Our party packages take the stress out of planning, so you can relax, enjoy, and make memories that last a lifetime. Here’s why our parties are a hit with kids and parents alike:

- 1 Hour Of Exclusive Gym Time: Your child and their friends will have a blast with one hour of action-packed fun in our gymnastics facility! Supervised by experienced coaches, they’ll enjoy activities like trampoline, obstacle courses, floor games, and more.
- Personalized Party Packages: We offer three customizable packages—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—so you can choose the celebration that best fits your budget and vision. From delicious cakes and cookies to stunning balloon decorations, we’ve got the details covered.
- Stress-Free Planning: Focus on celebrating while we handle the setup! Want to take it to the next level? Add our themed tableware or double the cake size with our A La Carte options.
- A Special Day for Your Child: Each package includes a souvenir cup for all guests, a J&R birthday T-shirt for the birthday child, and plenty of fun memories for everyone.

Party Schedule
Duration: 1 ½ hours total
- 1 hour of gym time facilitated by our staff
- ½ hour in the party room for gifts and refreshments
Party Packages and Pricing
Choose from our Bronze, Silver, or Gold party packages. All packages include:
- Party for the guest of honor and up to 20 friends
- Souvenir cup with favors for all children attending
- J&R Birthday T-shirt for the birthday child
- Tables and chairs in the party room (or party space in Seguin) for eating and gift opening
- 1 hour of exclusive gym time facilitated and supervised by our coaches
Bronze Package
Price: $550 for Members, $600 for Non-Members
Deposit: $300
- 6” Basic Buttercream Cake (10-14 people) with design options such as ombre, rosette, drip, or sprinkle
- 1 Dozen Gourmet Cookies (Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Funfetti, or Sugar)
- 42″ number stack balloon for table decoration (three colors, number balloon, and one mylar balloon)
Silver Package
Price: $650 for Members, $700 for Non-Members
Deposit: $400
- 6” Buttercream Cake with buttercream details (10-14 people)
- 1 Dozen Cupcakes (one flavor)
- 1 Dozen Mini Cookies (theme decorated/colors)
- Six-foot balloon garland with three colors (hung above the cake table)
Gold Package
Price: $750 for Members, $800 for Non-Members
Deposit: $500
- 6” Elaborate Buttercream Cake with fondant details, characters, or toppers (10-14 people)
- 2 Dozen Cupcakes (two flavors)
- 1 Dozen Cookies (theme decorated)
- Six-foot custom balloon stand with “Happy Birthday” vinyl (three colors and mylar numbers)
A La Carte Options
- Double the Cake Size (8″ for 24 people): Add $40 to any package
- Tableware Add-On: Don’t want to bring plates, napkins, silverware, or a tablecloth? Let us provide themed or color-matching tableware for $100 (covers up to 24 people).
Additional Information
- Party Host Provides: Signed waiver required for each participant Special Programs Waiver
- Any additional decorations, food, drinks, cups, and utensils (unless opting into the “A La Carte Tableware” add-on).
- A general pick-up of trash is appreciated.
- There is a $10 charge for each additional child over the 21st child.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation. Remaining balance is due in full seven days prior to party date.
