These 90-minute sessions at our New Braunfels Gym provide students ages 6-14 to come into the gym for a coach supervised, self directed workout time. Athletes may work completely independently or ask coaches for help with specific skills or apparatus. This presents a great way to get additional time on favored equipment and/or work on areas that need the most improvement. Check our FACEBOOK page for dates and times.
